We are a husband-and-wife team tackling different aspects of the business, with a focus on roofing, waterproofing, sealants, coatings, and restoration. Our priority is to provide friendly and honest customer service.

Rocky is the technical one behind the scenes: as the project director, he will assess your property’s building leak issues, provide a detailed estimate, and manage your roofing, waterproofing, or restoration project from start to finish. His experience starts in childhood, growing up in a construction family. Rocky was influenced by his grandfather, who ran his own HVAC company, and his father, who worked his way up from laborer to superintendent in residential construction. Rocky graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a major in Construction Management and gained industry experience through summer internships in roofing and waterproofing. He has been in the industry ever since!

Rachel, also a Cal Poly graduate, brings a background in sales and hospitality, serving as the business developer for Syntech. She began her career as an event coordinator in college and went on to manage event and catering departments at wineries in Paso Robles and Temecula. With wine being part of her professional journey, Rachel earned her WSET Level 2 Somm Certification. Her favorite part of any job is working with people, getting to know them, and helping them!
